Fruity Fresh is up-market food hall and café with a smoothie bar which was created from an unused bank. Before the build could commence, the removal of safes was commissioned along with reinstating the drainage systems as they were blocked with concrete due to security measures. This was also a listed building and there were strict guidelines that we had to adhere to, to ensure the preservation of the building.
