Smoky Boys is a franchise with a collection of restaurants in and around London. We completed the build on both food outlets in Box Park Croydon and Wembley, along with a couple more. We were closely liaising with Box Park management on both sites regarding deliveries within allocated time slots and working closely with designers to ensure we utilised all the small space we had. One of our greatest challenge and achievement was completing the build in Croydon during COVID which we safely and successfully completed.

Challenges and Achievements:

• Completing the build in Croydon during covid which we safely and successfully did
• Production of materials stopped as only half work force in factories
• Had to source materials from abroad, increased lead times
