A modern Indian takeaway wanted to open in Westfield, Stratford. We were given an empty shell within a busy shopping centre which came with its own challenges. We had to adhere to all of Westfield’s requirements and logistics. We had to build a shell within the shell as no fixings could be joined to the walls ensuring it was free standing yet safe. We had to use innovative joinery and discreet electrics and plumbing.
